iPodObserver ran the image below as being the eagerly awaited iPhone 3G, though they were careful to note that the image may not be authentic. iPoding has received independent confirmation from a reliable source that this is indeed what the iPhone 3G will look like.

iPhone SDK Beta 3 Released

Apple has released the third beta of the iPhone SDK:

The third beta fixes bugs and adds support for the latest iPhone OS.

They have also added a new Interface Builder tutorial and updated other documentation at iPhone Dev Center.

New Version Of iPhone SDK Released

Apple has released a new version of the iPhone SDK (build 9A2151) which includes Interface Builder. Registered iPhone developers can download it now at iPhone Dev Center.

The second beta version of the iPhone SDK is now available and includes Interface Builder, a powerful tool that allows you to visually build your interface and makes creating a UI as simple as drag and drop.

We've also added new sample code and updated documentation to the rich set of resources available to you in the iPhone Dev Center.
