Dapper has responded to our inquiry about the graphic equalizer mock up he did and the purported screenshot of iPod Software 1.2 posted at macosx.nl:
It looks a lot like one of my iPod mock up[s] ... for my "new features request" but after close examination, I came to the conclusion that it's not the same ... unless it has been severely altered. I don't think it's a real 1.2 OS either...

Umm.. this is obviously a direct rip from the Apple site (www.apple.com/ipod). Did nobody else notice this? I pulled a similar Photoshop job on one for my website, where I would list my favorite song on the iPod "display."
